Is it hump day? Are you feeling run down? Before reaching for that extra cup of coffee try laughing. There is actually some merit to the saying, “Laughter is the best medicine.” Laughing has been shown to lower blood pressure, reduce stress hormones, and improve cardiac health. So, while you may feel like the rat race has gotten you down, try laughing. You might notice you have a bit more energy afterwards and more spring in your step.
